Selective Laser Sintering:
With Selective Laser Sintering a layer of powder is applied on the previous layer after which –part of- the layer is heated by a CO2-laser in such a way that the powder melts and fuses (the sintering). The powder that is not sintered supports the upper layers, therefore no custom supports are required.
